How Often Should I Use This Product on My Dog?

Typically you should not use the Benzoyl Peroxide shampoo more than once a week. The reason for this is that the benzoyl peroxide will dry out the dogs coat and this can lead to skin irritation. If the dog needs treatment by the shampoo more than once a week; then follow the directions until the condition has been cleared up.

If your dog has mange, then you should buy a gel that contains 5% benzoyl peroxide. It should be applied to the dog everyday. Do this along with the weekly shampoo and the mange should clear up in a couple of weeks.

The benzoyl peroxide shampoo is an effective way to treat skin conditions that affect dogs. As long as you don’t go over the recommended dosage, your dog should be fine.
