Benzoyl Peroxide Wash

Benzoyl Peroxide Wash Information

What is a Benzoyl Peroxide Wash?

Benzoyl Peroxide wash is a facial agent that is used to treat acne. This wash contains a specific concentration on benzoyl peroxide in it. It is good at reducing the effects of mild to moderate acne on the skin, as the treatment is used to kill and destroy bacteria that are responsible for the development of acne. The benzoyl wash accomplishes this because it is a good antibacterial and keratolytic agent. It works by killing bacteria that cause acne and by causing mild drying and peeling of the skin. It is also known to slightly bleach the skin, because the main ingredient is a known bleaching agent.
